The Green Juice

A lot people often ask me what the heck am I drinking – It looks awful, its like pond water!! Well, it is just a simple green juice and it tastes a lot better than it looks. Why do I drink it? Apart from tasting good, it is one of the easiest ways of enjoying whole, unadulterated food that is packed with enzymes, vitamins and minerals. It can help cleans the body, boost the immune system, clear the skin, increase energy and contributes towards many more befits. It is also a great way to get your greens in. Why don’t you try some your self? All you need is a juicer.

This is one of my favourite green juices. It makes around 1-2 pints.

Ingredients:

260g bag of spinach

½ pineapple

4 apples

1 whole cucumber

4 celery sticks.

Directions:

Juice it all together in a juicer. Pour into a glass.

Best served chilled
